Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, promoting independence and positive behavior with flexible part-time schedules.

We offer same-day pay, fellowship/internship hour opportunities, a supportive clinical team, and BCBA pathway partnerships for professional growth. RBT certification is required before working; HS diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Must have patience and compassion in working with children with Autism.
• Willingness to learn ABA processes and interventions.
• Ability to maintain calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
