Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support clients in the ABA field. This role offers part-time hours with the opportunity to contribute to meaningful outcomes for children with Autism.

Responsibilities include delivering one-on-one ABA services, recording data, and collaborating with a clinical team and families. Training is provided, and positions are based in clients' homes or community settings.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community-based locations.
