Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings. You will join a robust clinical team and implement skill-building and care plans under supervision.

Part-time roles with same-day pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to advance through BCBA schooling partnerships are available. A six-month commitment is preferred; RBT certification is required before working; empathy and calm

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (must);
• RBT certification required before working;
• Willingness to learn and eager to make a difference for children with Autism;
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior.
• Be a core member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
