Job summary

First Children Services in Sicklerville, NJ is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement individualized treatment plans under supervision. You will work 1:1 and in small groups across diverse settings including schools, clinics, and homes.

The role offers flexible training periods, a dynamic schedule, and opportunities to gain broad clinical experience while supporting client progress in behavioral goals. A background in education or psychology is welcomed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT Credential.
• 1 year minimum of working with children.
• Comfortable with using technology for daily documentation.
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.
• Willingness to accept and implement feedback.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and run during shift.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with client in independent and group settings
• Read and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collect session data and submit documentation in a timely manner
• Support healthy communication, social and behavioral skills
• Provide interactive therapeutic support to extinguish or minimize maladaptive behaviors
• Collaborate with the treatment team to increase positive behavioral outcomes
