Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health in Raleigh, NC is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians to join our collaborative team. You will support BCBA analysts to implement behavior plans, help with daily activities and social skills, and collect data to monitor progress for families.

This part-time role offers a flexible M-F schedule from 12pm to 4pm, $21-24 per hour based on experience, and ongoing supervision, training, and professional growth within a trusted nonprofit.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required upon hire and active.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience with autism or ABA settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support BCBA analysts to implement behavior plans.
• Assist children/adolescents with daily activities and social skills.
• Record and collect data to monitor client progress and communicate with families.
