Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health in Raleigh, NC is seeking compassionate Autism Technicians for part-time shifts from 12pm to 4pm (20 hours/week). You’ll work with BCBA supervised teams to support children and adolescents, help with daily activities, collect progress data, and communicate with families to empower growth and independence.

Qualifications

• Entry-level, on-the-job training is provided.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid and active driver's license.
• Good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans under BCBA supervision.
• Help clients with day-to-day activities and social interactions.
• Record and collect data on clients' progress.
• Communicate with families about progress and needs.
