Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, delivering ABA-based treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, growth opportunities, and a quarterly bonus, with travel to local sessions. We seek energetic, reliable individuals with RBT certification and a HS diploma (BA/BS preferred) who can lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• High school diploma; bachelor's in psychology, education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
