Job summary

Perfect Pair ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for clients in home settings across New Mexico. You will implement individualized protocols developed by a BCBA and maintain thorough progress notes.

This part-time role offers flexible hours, including afternoon shifts, with opportunities for growth through in-house training and a supportive team environment that values collaboration and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain
• High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire
• Ability to support basic needs of clients
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Responsibilities

• Facilitate one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients across environments.
• Collect data and document progress notes.
• Collaborate with BCBA, colleagues, and caregivers to foster learning.
• Create an engaging therapeutic environment to promote growth and skill acquisition.
