Job summary

Carelinks ABA in Albuquerque, NM is seeking compassionate individuals to become Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). You will deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics, implementing plans designed by a supervising BCBA.

Ideal candidates have or can obtain RBT certification, are reliable, and can work Monday through Friday with at least 15 direct billable hours weekly; training is provided and a supportive team offers ongoing supervision.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification or availability to complete 14 day training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, community, or clinic setting.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Use play-based, naturalistic strategies to teach communication, social, life, and academic skills.
• Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction using electronic systems.
• Participate in ongoing supervision, team meetings, and required trainings.
• Communicate effectively with BCBAs, families, and fellow team members.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-centered approach at all times.
• Support a safe, engaging, and positive therapeutic environment.
