Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking part-time ABA clinicians to deliver one-on-one services in clients’ homes or community settings. You will implement evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior, while recording progress and collaborating with families.

Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, and capable of maintaining a calm demeanor under challenging situations; RBT certification is required before working.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Services provided in clients' homes or community-based locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
