Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a part-time ABA professional to deliver one-on-one services in clients' homes or community locations. You will implement evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior while collaborating with a dedicated clinical team.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, willingness to learn, patience, compassion, and the RBT certification before working. A commitment of at least six months is encouraged to contribute to clients’ progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community-based locations.
• All positions start off part time.
• 6 month commitment to change our clients lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Support independence and positive behavior as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
