Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, implementing skill-building plans and recording data.

You’ll work with a robust clinical team, supporting families and delivering evidence-based interventions. Ideal candidates have an RBT certification, a passion for helping children with Autism, and a readiness to learn in a supportive, flexible, part-time environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience and compassion; maintain calm demeanor.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• If you have a Bachelor's degree, 40-hour training suffices before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
