Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a responsive ABA team. You will deliver one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings, guided by evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behaviors.

You will collaborate with a clinical team, record data, and help families implement care and skill-building plans. Part-time roles with growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
