Job summary

Golden Touch ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children and adolescents with autism. The RBT will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision in home, school, and community settings, using positive reinforcement and data collection to track progress.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs is a plus.
• Confidentiality and professionalism required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage desired behaviors.
• Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistency of care.
• Provide services in home, school, and community settings as needed.
