Job summary

ABA Centers of America is seeking Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) professionals to serve Bedford, Merrimack, Manchester, and surrounding NH areas. Starting pay ranges from $21.15 to $23.15 per hour, with final compensation guided by experience and training.

Paid training, mentorship, and a clear pathway to certification are provided. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, at least 6 months of related experience, and availability for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct client support and deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and document session data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in team meetings.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
