Job summary

Evolve ABA Care in McKinney, TX is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver intensive ABA-based interventions to children in a 1:1 setting. The role includes direct therapy sessions, data collection, and collaboration with a BCBA to implement individualized goals.

The position offers hourly pay of $18.00–$22.00, a sign-on bonus of $250, paid training, and opportunities for professional development. Hours are 25 per week, with a 12:30 PM–5:30 PM schedule on weekdays.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree or relevant coursework.
• Experience working with children ages 5-12 in a 1:1 setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy during individual sessions.
• Implement ABA interventions (DTT, PECS, NET) for children in a 1:1 setting.
• Assist the supervising BCBA with individualized goals and checklists.
• Carry out the individualized treatment plan as directed by the BCBA.
• Support parent and caregiver training per treatment protocols.
• Collect and graph data as instructed.
• Maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Adhere to ethics and organizational policies.
• Interpret and implement clinical protocols effectively.
