Job summary

Accurateaba is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Upper Marlboro, MD. You will work under a BCBA to implement ABA programs for individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges. The position requires a minimum high school diploma and RBT certification, alongside key interpersonal and communication skills. Qualifications

• Completion of a 40-hour training course in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and competency assessment.
• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients in various settings.
• Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals.
• Implement behavior reduction procedures and strategies.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.
