Job summary

Alongside ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and related differences. You will work under a BCBA, following individualized plans, collecting data, and building skills across communication, social interaction, and daily living in school, home, or clinic settings.

The position offers a part-time schedule (Mon-Fri, 2pm–6pm) with year-round continuity, a $500 sign-on for active RBTs, and a $250 sign-on if you obtain

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field is preferred.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, TB test, and vaccinations during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively in school, home, and clinic settings while adapting strategies to each environment.
• Implement individualized ABA programs under the direction of the supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate session data using agency-approved software (e.g., Boost, HiRasmus).
• Maintain professional communication with supervisors, families, and team members.
• Participate in required training sessions, team meetings, and supervision hours.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical, ethical, and confidentiality standards.
• The role may require responding to challenging or unsafe behaviors consistent with training and company protocols.
