Job summary

Advanced Behavioral Dimensions LLC is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to toddlers, children, and teens under BCBA supervision. You will work 20–35 hours weekly across multiple client sites in the area, with weekly supervision and a supportive team environment.

The role emphasizes direct 1:1 therapy, material preparation, precise data collection, and collaboration with caregivers and staff.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Registered Behavior Technician credential.
• Experience working with toddlers, children or teens.
• Valid driver’s license and personal auto insurance.
• Clear criminal background checks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement Behavior Support Plans under BCBA direction.
• Prepare and assist instructional materials.
• Complete data collection and daily admin tasks accurately.
• Collaborate with team and participate in training sessions.
• Debrief caregivers after sessions and maintain privacy of health information.
• Complete required therapy hours per client and perform other duties as directed.
