Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services, via its SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care affiliate, seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA-based therapy for an 8-year-old in the child’s home. The role runs Monday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM, offering part-time hours with potential benefits for eligible staff.

Candidates must hold an RBT certification (or be eligible) and bring experience with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to qualify.
• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.
• Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth in home or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, and social skills.
