Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in Columbia, TN, is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to support in-home and community-based therapy. The role follows a Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM schedule.

Responsibilities include 1:1 ABA therapy, progress tracking, and collaboration with a BCBA supervisor. A BCaBA/BCBA supervision may be provided as needed. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a certified behavior technician certificate.
• Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
• Provide feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Observe confidentiality and safeguard patient information
