Optimal Care Therapy in Illinois is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. You will provide 1:1 in-home therapy under a BCBA-designed plan and document client progress.

Qualifications

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Ability to pass background check.

• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
