Job summary

Education Behavior Consultants (EBC) is hiring a clinic-based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support our afternoon sessions. If you love building rapport, keeping sessions structured and upbeat, and being part of a team that supports each other, you’ll fit in well here.

As an RBT in our clinic, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy, implement behavior plans with fidelity, collect data, and collaborate with BCBAs to track progress and address barriers.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• ABA experience preferred (clinic experience is a plus).
• Strong professionalism, reliability, and follow-through.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and applying it quickly.
• Positive, steady presence with clients and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in our clinic setting.
• Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity.
• Collect accurate data during sessions and support skill acquisition goals.
• Collaborate with BCBAs/supervisors and communicate progress and barriers.
• Maintain professional documentation (session notes, data, and basic communication).
• Support a clinic culture that’s calm, respectful, and team-first.
