Qualifications

• Demonstrated patience and compassion when supporting children with Autism.
• Ability to implement evidence-based ABA techniques under supervision.
• Access to ongoing training and supervision to maintain RBT standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve on the clinical team with direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
