PBS Corp. is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA and systematically collect data to track progress.

This part-time role offers mentorship, growth into full-time as caseloads expand, flexible scheduling, and paid travel where applicable. A supportive team environment fosters ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
