Positive Behavior Supports Corporation (PBS Corp.) is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time positions with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings and implement ABA-based plans under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related settings.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred in psychology/education or related field.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
