Job Summary

Support day-to-day operations of the Nimrod Complex range, ensuring a professional, efficient, and safe shooting environment. Maintain a high standard of conduct, safety, and professionalism across facilities.

Essential Job Functions

Nimrod Complex range operations

• Coordinate with the Nimrod Complex Operations Associate
• Instruct users of the Nimrod Complex range as needed
• Assist with maintenance of the Nimrod Complex range, targets, and equipment
• Maintain high standards of safety on the Nimrod Complex range

Events

• Assist the Nimrod Complex Operations Associate with managing events at the facility. Must be willing to work evenings and weekends when necessary.
• Special Circumstances
• Assist with other tasks at the Halter Center during special circumstances
• Including, but not limited to, the AcuSport Lodge, the Archery Range, the
  Ailes Range, and the Shotgun Fields

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• A high school diploma is required for this position.
• Some experience in clerical/reception work is preferred.
• Some experience in precision shooting sports, or another discipline of shooting sports, is also preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadline pressures.
• Ability to keep calm and remain personable under pressure.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software and email processes.
• Experience with office machines, phone systems, etc.
• Experience with money handling and making change.
• A clean, neat appearance and good verbal and written communication skills.
• Always confidential when interacting with athletes, students, donors, and public guests.
• Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to accomplish assigned tasks without direct supervision.
