Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. at Sioux Falls Regional Airport is hiring for an entry level Customer Service Agent. No experience required. You will greet passengers, check-in and issue boarding passes using our reservation software, and help create a positive start to every trip.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and provide a seamless check-in and ticketing experience using reservation software.
• Rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes while interacting with customers in a courteous manner.
• Assist passengers with luggage and ensure safe handling on the ramp and in the cabin area.
• Load, unload and sort freight and baggage and support on-time departures and arrivals.
• Work outdoors in all weather, including periods on the tarmac as required by operations.
• Adapt to shift changes, overtime, and weekend/holiday coverage as needed.

• This position provides the perfect balance if you enjoy computers and learning new programs. You will be able to utilize our reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes all while interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner.
• No time for the gym? No problem! You will get a good workout in while lifting the customers’ bags onto the belt and seeing them off to their destination.
• Load, unload and sort freight, mail and baggage in a safe manner while also achieving on-time departures and arrivals.
• No need for a gym membership as you will be getting your workout in by lifting luggage throughout your shift.
• Ability to cruise on the tarmac in our company vehicles while getting the bags to their destination.
• Tired of being stuck inside all day? This position will allow you to enjoy the fresh air while working outside in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver’s license; or otherwise maintain all necessary authority and identification to travel for business needs as required;some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role.
• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
