Job summary

Menzies Aviation Limited seeks a Part-Time Ramp Agent to support our International and Domestic teams. The role focuses on moving baggage and cargo, guiding aircraft to and from gates, and maintaining accurate cargo records.

The position requires lifting up to 70 lbs, outdoor work in all weather, and proficiency in English. Candidates must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass pre-employment drug testing and background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED or six months ramp agent experience.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing including a drug test.
• Capable of safely lifting up to 70 lbs. continuously.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English proficiently.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no violations in past 5 years.
• Must be available for variable shifts including overtime, weekends and holidays.
• Work is outdoors; comfortable in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required airport badges/seals.

Responsibilities

• Move baggage and cargo to/from aircraft and between terminals.
• Maintain detailed records of shipped goods and guide aircraft to gates.
• Operate motorized equipment as required.
• Read and interpret loading instructions and baggage tags.
