Responsibilities

• Performs radiographic procedures independently with diagnostic-quality images and adheres to positioning guidelines.
• Adheres to ALARA and Image Gently/Image Wisely programs to minimize exposure.
• Prepares patients, verifies orders, and identifies patients using two identifiers; explains procedures for understanding and comfort.
• Scans and verifies documents into PACS for radiologist interpretation and documentation.
