Qualifikationen

• Three years full-time experience as a Registered Radiologic Technologist
• Knowledgeable of course development, instruction, evaluation, and academic advising
• Bachelor’s Degree in radiologic technology or education
• Communicate effectively in written and oral communication
• Knowledgeable in instruction, evaluation, supervision, and academic advising
• Detailed knowledge of radiographic positioning, anatomy, and use of various imaging equipment

Aufgaben

• Preparing and maintaining course outlines, syllabus, objectives, and outcomes
• Instructing and evaluating students (classroom, lab, clinical) and reporting progress
• Participate in the accreditation and assessment process
• Periodic review and revision of course materials
• Support the program director to ensure effective program operations
• Maintaining current knowledge of the professional discipline
• Maintain student records and provide student advising
• Attend Advisory Committee and program staff meetings
• Provide student advisement hours and address concerns
• Promote retention and persistence by assisting students to develop success strategies
• Communicate with staff and clinical preceptors addressing concerns
• Coach students in professional behavior
