Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in sales, marketing, advertising or promotions preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn proprietary systems.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between sales team, clients and inter-company departments.
• Organize and input orders; assist in creating sales proposals and campaigns.
• Assist Account Executives with orders and traffic as needed.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management.
• Provide research materials using industry tools.
• Keep sales materials and media kits up to date.
• Support reception as needed and manage calendars.
