Job summary

Phoenix Raceway is seeking part-time event staff in the credentialing role for upcoming race events. Staff will assist with credentialing setup, verify IDs, and issue credentials to guests, sponsors, vendors, and workers. Training is required, with a heavy workload expected during the October race week; 40+ hours possible.

• Previous experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with set up for the credentials for each event.
• Verifies identification and issues credentials to guests and the company’s sponsors along with vendors and workers.
• Investigates and resolves when able issues with guests/workers not included on a list.
• Attend training session(s).
• Be available during the week of October 12-18, 2026 and expect to work 40+ hours during race week.
• Other duties may be assigned.
