Job summary

NASCAR is seeking part-time credentialing staff for Homestead-Miami Speedway in Florida to support event operations during race week. You will assist with set up, verify IDs, issue credentials to guests and sponsors, and help resolve access issues as needed.

Candidates must be at least 18, have strong communication and customer service skills, and be able to work outdoors in varying weather. Availability November 6–8, 2026 with 25–30 hours during race week is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent
• Previous experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assists with set up for the credentials for each event.
• Verifies identification and issues credentials to guests and the company's sponsors along with vendors and workers.
• Investigates and resolves when able issues with guests/workers not included on a list.
• Attend training session(s).
• Be available during the week of November 6-8, 2026 and expect to work 25-30 hours during race week.
• Other duties may be assigned.
