Job summary

NASCAR's Phoenix Raceway is seeking part-time event staff to handle credentialing for race-week events. This role involves assisting with credential setup, verifying IDs, and issuing credentials to guests, sponsors, vendors, and workers.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and customer-service skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Expect 40+ hours during race week, with training sessions provided, and a friendly, fast-paced team

Qualifications

• Previous experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup for the credentials for each event.
• Verifies identification and issues credentials to guests and sponsors along with vendors and workers.
• Investigates and resolves issues with guests/workers not on a list.
• Attend training sessions and be available during race week (40+ hours).
