Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln is seeking a motivated Quick Lane Technician to join our team in Sioux Falls. No prior automotive experience required; paid on-the-job training is provided to help you start a rewarding career in the automotive field.

The role offers a clear path to certification and advancement within a fast-paced, organized dealership environment. We offer a flexible schedule and incentives that can push earnings around $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Outstanding communication skills - verbal and written.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Drain oil from crankcase and refills with required amount of oil.
• Replace oil and air filters.
• Inspect vehicle fluid levels, replaces or replenishes as necessary.
• Check tire pressure.
• Lubricate moving parts with specified lubricants.
• Rotate tires.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
• Maintain accountability for all dealership-owned tools and manuals—return them to the proper place and in the same condition as when received.
• Report machinery defects or malfunctions to Manager.
• Keep shop area neat and clean.

Quick Lane Technician Job Responsibilities
