Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln is seeking a motivated Quick Lane Technician to join our fast-paced service team in Sioux Falls. No automotive experience required; we offer paid training on the job and a clear path toward a long-term career in the automotive field.

This role involves performing repairs to factory standards, inspecting fluids, replacing filters, rotating tires, and keeping work areas neat. Compensation includes paid training, flexible schedule, health benefits, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Outstanding communication skills - verbal and written.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Drain oil from crankcase and refills with required amount of oil
• Replace oil and air filters
• Inspect vehicle fluid levels, replaces or replenishes as necessary
• Check tire pressure
• Lubricate moving parts with specified lubricants
• Rotate tires
• Document all work performed on the repair order
• Maintain accountability for all dealership-owned tools and manuals—returns them to the proper place and in the same condition as when they were received
• Report machinery defects or malfunctions to Manager
• Keep shop area neat and clean
