Job summary

Vista Life Innovations, Inc. in Connecticut is seeking a part-time Quality of Life Instructor to lead recreational activities, assist with meals, and support transportation for students and members.

The role focuses on independence and social engagement in the community with evening and weekend availability required. You will plan clubs, supervise cafe meals, and help members access social opportunities while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and 1 year of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• May need Public Service License within 90 days of hire.
• CPR, First Aid and PMT certified or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• MS Office, Outlook and Internet proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead recreational group activities and community outings.
• Support access to community recreational and social opportunities.
• Contribute to development and planning of Quality of Life and Café offerings.
• Lead ongoing and new clubs throughout the year.
• Facilitate family-style meals encouraging peer socialization in café.
• Maintain records and documentation accurately and efficiently.
