• Minimize negative effects of psychiatric symptoms or substance dependence that interfere with daily living
• Work with staff to maintain communication and standardize procedures
• Facilitate relationships between the agency, families, and community
• Participate in treatment team meetings as indicated
• Ensure documentation is accurate and completed on time per policy and state guidelines
• Assist with development and design of staff training modules
