Southern Health Partners, Inc. is launching a new correctional behavioral health program at Worth County Jail in Georgia. We seek a Qualified Mental Health Professional to provide services in a secure setting with an 8-hour-per-week schedule.

You will perform assessments, provide counseling, document progress, and help establish streamlined processes as part of the new site launch. This role emphasizes independence and collaboration with our interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Qualified Mental Health Professional with one of the listed credentials.
• Current and unrestricted license in Georgia.
• CPR certification, as applicable to discipline.
• Behavioral health or mental health experience.
• Ability to work independently and with the healthcare team.
• Comfort in working in a secure correctional environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide behavioral health assessments and services.
• Identify mental health needs and develop treatment recommendations.
• Provide individual counseling and supportive interventions.
• Monitor patients for changes in mental or behavioral health status.
• Collaborate with medical and behavioral health team members.
• Document assessments, services, and patient progress.
• Assist with continuity of behavioral healthcare.
• Support patients with mental health needs within a secure environment.
• Help establish behavioral health processes for a new site launch.
