Thrive Wellness Center in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Part-time QBA to support our ABA team through direct and indirect clinical responsibilities. The role emphasizes implementing behavior-analytic interventions, supporting treatment plans, and collaboration with caregivers and staff.

This position offers part-time flexibility while remaining connected to a growing clinical team with opportunities for professional development.

Qualificações

• Credentialed as a Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA).
• Experience providing ABA services.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practices.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with families and team members.
• Reliable transportation for community-based services, as applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide behavior-analytic services in home, community, and other settings.
• Support implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct ongoing observation and data review.
• Assist with development and modification of behavior intervention strategies.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to RBTs and other ABA team members.
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews.
• Collaborate with caregivers regarding treatment goals, progress, and recommendations.
• Provide caregiver training and support as appropriate.
• Review clinical documentation and provide feedback to staff.
• Monitor client progress and identify barriers to treatment.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Follow ethical standards, payer requirements, and Thrive Wellness Center policies.
• Collaborate with the ABA Program Coordinator and BCBA team.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical consultation.
