D7 Pneumatics LLC is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to support our fabrication shop and field operations based in Jonesboro, Arkansas. This position will begin on a part-time or as-needed basis, with the potential to develop into a full-time role based on workload and company growth.

The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for implementing and maintaining D7's Quality Control Program, supporting ASME and National Board Code work, and ensuring fabrication and field activities comply with

Formación

• Previous QA/QC experience in industrial fabrication, pressure piping or related fields.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings, piping isometrics, P&IDs and technical specs.
• Knowledge of welding procedures, welder qualifications and material traceability.
• Experience with inspection, examination and pressure-testing requirements.
• Strong documentation, organization and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and enforce the Quality Control Manual and related procedures.
• Oversee quality activities for shop fabrication and field installations.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications and project requirements before work begins.
• Verify applicable codes, standards, inspection requirements and testing procedures.
• Maintain compliance with ASME, National Board and pressure-piping requirements.
• Coordinate with inspectors, client representatives, engineers and third-party agencies.
• Manage nonconformance reports, corrective actions and weld-repairs.
