Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include: a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree as specified and professional nutrition experience.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Experience in nutrition and public health preferred, with staff evaluation and grant responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the WIC grant and ensure compliance with MN WIC policies and federal regulations.
• Assist with grant applications, fund planning, and report preparation.
• Evaluate staff performance and program compliance via internal observations and audits.
• Develop nutrition education plans and attend state trainings.
• Read state communications and implement program changes.
• Consult with leadership and employees; plan community outreach; maintain a direct client caseload.
