Job summary

Bronson Commons, Mattawan, MI is hiring a Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to work in Subacute Rehabilitation. Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will deliver treatment to patients, support functional recovery, and assist with program development.

Eligible graduates with PTA licensure in Michigan and BLS within 3 months are preferred. A valid Michigan driver's license and vehicle for business use are required for Bronson at Home duties where applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Physical Therapy Assistant Program required.
• PTA license in good standing in Michigan required.

Responsibilities

• Follow the plan of care and goals established by the Physical Therapist.
• Provide direct patient care and administer PT treatments as outlined.
• Document care in the electronic health record per timelines.
• Collaborate with the care team and participate in committees as needed.
• May cross-train and provide coverage in other Rehabilitation Services areas.
