Quality Rehab Physical Therapy in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant to support patient care in our outpatient clinic. The role features 20 hours/week minimum, no weekends, and a flexible schedule, with 40-minute one-on-one treatment sessions and no double booking.

Privately owned and serving the community for almost 20 years, we emphasize individualized care, collaboration, and consistent progress.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Colorado credentials to practice as a PTA.
• Strong communication, organization, and patient care skills.
• Ability to follow established treatment plans and work collaboratively.
• Dependability and attention to patient needs.

Responsabilités

• Provide treatment under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist and within the established plan of care.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities.
• Observe patient responses and communicate progress, concerns, and changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Document treatment sessions accurately and promptly.
• Reinforce patient education and home exercise instructions consistent with the treatment plan.
• Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to coordinate care.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment.
