Quality Rehab Physical Therapy in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (Outpatient Orthopedic & Neurological Rehabilitation) to join our close-knit team. You will work with Physical Therapists to implement customized treatment plans and guide patients through therapeutic exercises.

We offer a flexible, full-time schedule (no weekends) with a competitive hourly salary of $28–$34 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current (or eligible) Colorado PTA license.
• Great communication skills and a patient-focused mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with therapists and clinic staff.
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a dynamic setting.
• Physically able to assist and mobilize patients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Physical Therapists to implement customized treatment plans
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility training
• Educate patients on home programs and safe movement techniques
• Assist with pain management and recovery for orthopedic, neurological, and sports related conditions
