Job summary

Concept Rehab in Centerville, OH invites a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our therapy team. The role offers 20-25 hours per week under the supervision of a licensed PT, with opportunities for professional growth in a supportive setting.

You will treat patients with mobility, function and strength goals, document services, and participate in interdisciplinary meetings. The position emphasizes teamwork, quality care, and compliance with licensure standards.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Licensed in the state(s) where services are provided as a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients according to the treatment plan of care developed by and under the supervision of the Licensed Physical Therapist.
• Communicate with the Physical Therapist, the patient and/or family and facility staff any pertinent information concerning patient progress, problems and plans.
• Participate in Patient Plan of Care Meetings and Interdisciplinary Team Meetings if asked by the Physical Therapist.
• Record treatment notes, progress notes, provide objective input for discharge summaries and complete daily billing of services per policy and procedure.
• Instruct patients' families and/or nursing staff in maintenance programs under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Participate in discharge planning under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.
