Job summary

NOMS Healthcare in Broadview Heights, OH is seeking a Part Time Physical Therapist Assistant to support patient care under licensed physical therapists. You will help patients recover, guide therapeutic exercises, and assist with mobility devices in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant associate degree program.
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• Clinical rotation experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe and document patient responses to treatment and communicate findings to the physical therapist.
• Assist patients with prescribed therapeutic exercises.
• Perform treatment techniques including massage, stretching, and mobility work.
• Utilize assistive devices and equipment to support mobility and safety.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and home exercises.
• Maintain clean and organized treatment areas and prepare therapy equipment.
