Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in Randolph, NJ seeks a part-time or PRN Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our assisted living community. You will support therapists, assist with patient care Monday through Friday, with no evenings or weekends.

You will collaborate with therapists and staff, document progress, and educate patients and families to promote effective rehabilitation and outcomes across facilities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant, or licensure eligible.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.
• Monitor and document patient progress and educate patients and families.
• Accurately document treatments and responses in line with policies.
• Collaborate with therapists and healthcare staff for coordinated care.
