Job summary

HealthPro Heritage is seeking a Part-time or PRN Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA) for our assisted living community in Randolph, NJ. This role offers therapy Monday through Friday, with no nights or weekends required.

You'll be part of a mission-driven organization dedicated to high-quality care and growth opportunities. Successful applicants will collaborate closely with Physical Therapists to implement treatment plans and provide direct patient care while documenting progress effectively.

Compensation ranges from $40 to $42 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package available.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant or license eligible.
• Experience in implementing treatment plans and direct patient care.
• Ability to document accurately and work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.
• Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises and manual therapy.
• Monitor and document patient progress, report observations to Physical Therapist.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated patient care.
